Our Proven Landscape Design-Build Process

Reach out to one of our reps for a discovery call. We’ll talk through the vision for your project, important deadlines, goals, and ballpark budget. From there, we’ll get your estimate scheduled so the process can begin.

Meet with your dedicated project rep (Caleb). Together, you’ll dive deeper into your vision and explore what’s possible for your space and budget. Caleb will offer ideas and mark out rough designs on-site using paint or flags to help you picture the transformation.

You’ll receive a detailed estimate by email. It includes a full breakdown of your project—scope, dimensions, quantities, and other key details—along with photos of previous projects. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting before you move forward.

Once you love the quote and are ready to move ahead, simply click “approve,” sign, and schedule a final meeting. During this meeting, your rep will collect a 30% deposit, review the estimate with you, answer questions, and provide a tentative start date.

On Day 1, your rep will meet the crew onsite to go over the project layout and answer any questions. This ensures everything gets off to a smooth and accurate start.

When the project is complete, your rep will walk through the finished work with you to make sure it meets your expectations and our company’s standards. The final balance is paid at this stage, and we’ll ask for your review to help future clients.
